Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories. Please choose carefully when making a purchase as purchases cannot be exchanged.  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging it arrived in. I will then process a refund.

Studio Camellia has a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Unfortunately, Studio Camellia cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
