Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene reasons, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on accessories. Please choose carefully when making a purchase as purchases cannot be exchanged.  

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately at info@studiocamelliahandmade.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging it arrived in. I will then process a refund.

Studio Camellia has a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Unfortunately, Studio Camellia cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
